WordPress Plugin and Blogging Resources I Use On a Daily Basis

Over the weekend I created the beginnings of the new blogging resources area of the site. This page lists some of the current services, plugins and other tools I use on this site and over at FooPlugins.com

I don’t make recommendations lightly

I never recommend any product or service I haven’t personally used. It would be a disservice to you and to the purpose of this site.

I want your business to succeed by offering real world examples of how I’ve created this site and am growing its traffic and eventually, the income generated from the content here.

How these resources help you and me

You’ll notice that some of these resources are free and some cost money. I’ve invested thousands of dollars over the years in some great products and also lost my ass on products that either didn’t perform or weren’t kept up-to-date.

It takes money to make money right? Not always, but the products and services I promote have proven to help me increase my traffic, site speed, and user engagement on my various websites.

Needless to say, I’m confident in promoting the items you’ll find on that page.

Full financial disclosure

If any item or service on that page offers an affiliate program, you can bet I’m signed up and using my affiliate link there.

When someone clicks a link on that page and decides it’s something right for their blogging business, I get a commission of that sale.

It doesn’t cost them any more money. That gets deducted from the net profits of the product or service provider.

If you don’t know, that’s called Affiliate Marketing which will become a recurring tutorial category on this site in the weeks and months to come.

It’s a great way to make residual income from your blog but you have to do it the right way (ebook coming soon).

Do you have preferred plugins, services or other tools for your blog?

I’ve built hundreds of sites. Both for myself and for clients. There is a short list of what I would consider required plugins but each site is different, requiring different tools.

I’d love to hear from you. What plugins or services are your favorites?

Let me know in the comments. Remember, we’re building our businesses together;)

      Hi Amber,

Thanks for commenting. I know what you mean about credible sources. It’s tough to weed through “real” recommendations and reviews and ones that are only published in order to make an affiliate commission.

That’s why I do what I do on this site and am as transparent as possible in the way I’m generating revenue:)
